Friends of the Library

Each branch of Blackwater Regional Library has a Friends of the Library group that supports their individual and system-based needs. The Friends are non-profit, charitable groups formed to support libraries. These groups are often involved in fundraising, advocacy, volunteer programs, public awareness campaigns, and literacy programs.
