Support the Library
Blackwater Regional Library is currently facing a reduction in funding and would like to request your support to continue services at the Wakefield and Waverly locations. A reduction in funding will result in a loss of hours and staffing which will greatly reduce hours, services, and programming to the community. Please contact your Sussex County Board of Supervisor to request support of library funding.

Blackwater Regional Library will attempt to utilize donations in accordance with donor intent. Unless otherwise requested and agreed to (specific branch, etc.), donations will be assigned to the area of greatest need.
