Having difficulty accessing the library due to disability, a medical condition, or rural transportation issues? We can help with that!
Blackwater Regional Library offers Books by Mail and no-contact Doorstep Delivery to eligible patrons within our service area.
Eligibility
Patrons may be eligible for BRL@Home services due to one or more of the following criteria:
- Medical condition, illness, or disability that prevents accessing a branch
- Transportation challenges that prevent accessing a branch
- Patrons living within one of the following area codes: 23830, 23882, 23884, 23867, 23897, 23870, 23847, 23844, 23828
Requirements
Patrons must also meet the following criteria:
- Have a valid Blackwater Regional Library card that is in good standing
- Must live within our service area
- Be aged 18 or older
Requesting Services
Patrons may request services by filling in the interest form below. A staff member will review your application and contact you if you qualify for one of our home delivery services.
