Local author, Ron Peterson Jr., will visit the Carrollton Branch of Blackwater Regional Library to discuss his latest book, Runaway Groom, as well as, his earlier works centered on true crime cases in Virginia. Books will be available for purchase and signing after the event. This program is free and open to the public; registration is not required.
