Armbruster will talk about the steps she took to solve an arson/homicide cold case as outlined in her book Torched on Chincoteague Island. Armbruster is a retired law enforcement officer and P.I. Her cases have been shared nationally in magazines and newspapers. This is to be an exciting event for true crime fans! Copies of Armbruster’s book will be available for purchase (cash or check only).
